We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations with the following exceptions:
- Earrings (for hygienic purposes)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items on sale
- Any gift with purchase
For all other items, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. For faster service, please include your order number.
Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery.
All items returned must be unworn/unused, in original packaging and shipped with a tracking number.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
For cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
